  • EQUIPMENT: Total injection molding machines--20. Sizes range from 15-500 ton. Located on a clean, efficient, modern production floor with room for expansion.
  • QUALITY CONTROL: Full-time inspection on three shifts located on the production floor. A fully equipped computerized QC Lab is adjacent to the production floor. Premier's system is certified by American International Registrar ISO 9001:2000.
  • WAREHOUSE: Warehousing to serve you. Centrally located in the midwest, we can handle your J.I.T. delivery requirements the way you want them. We have a large, enclosed shipping dock for staging and loading your orders. We have the capability to handle your distribution needs.
  • EXPERIENCE: Management at PREMIER PLASTICS offers 100-plus years of plastics experience.
  • TOOL-MAKING: PREMIER PLASTICS is affiliated with HERMAN ENGRAVING, a first class mold-making company, operating since 1955. All facets of engineering, design, prototyping, mold making and testing are available. This includes CAD/CAM and state-of-the-art tool-making equipment.
  • MOLD SECURITY: Storage of your molds is in our brick-constructed building. A state-of-the-art fire and security system protects them.
  • FLEXIBILITY: Challenge us with your most complex requirements. We will consider any request for molding, assembly, decorating, packaging or distribution needs.

We work closely with Herman Engraving, a mold maker, who has been in the business over thirty years.

Mold Construction

  • Herman Engraving can take the mold design and make the production mold.
  • We can outsource your mold needs to find the most economical price available.

Part production

  • Our experienced staff will mold the material of choice with the production tool to make a consistent quality part.
  • We will use one of eighteen injection molding machines that is best suited for your needs.
